Assemble bolted and threaded connection
Perform Hydro-Testing
Bolt-up flanges
Production testing an asset
Must be able to meet physical demands of the position
Must have all current tickets applicable to the position: First Aid/H2S/Confined Space
Must have a clean driver abstract
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Complete tasks as per the direction of management
Capable of working in tight quarters and confined spaces
Bending, lifting, and reaching during the course of shift
Great attitude, ability to speak with customers in a professional manner

- Skilled and experienced Pipe Module Assembly Foreman to lead our pipe module assembly team at our Medicine Hat facility
- This role will oversee the fabrication and assembly of pressure piping modules, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
- The ideal candidate is a certified Journeyman Pipefitter with proven leadership experience in industrial piping projects
- This position is open to both full-time employees and contractors
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and lead a team of pipefitters and laborers in the fabrication and assembly of pressure piping modules.
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, industry codes (e.g., ASME, CSA), and safety regulations.
- Monitor and enforce safe work practices, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage material and equipment resources to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, labor hours, and material usage.
Qualifications:
- Must be a certified Journeyman Pipefitter (Red Seal or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pipefitting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role in industrial piping or module assembly.
- Strong knowledge of pressure piping systems, fabrication techniques, and industry standards (e.g., ASME B31.3).
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct crews.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial construction.
- Ability to work in a high-demand environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Experienced Project Manager to oversee complex, multi-million-dollar industrial construction projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, execute, and manage industrial construction projects valued up to $20M from inception to completion.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage steel fabrication, pressure piping fabrication, electrical, instrumentation, and insulation scopes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in construction management roles, with direct experience managing industrial projects involving steel fabrication, pressure piping, electrical, instrumentation, and/or insulation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with subcontractors and clients.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, CCM, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
