• The ideal candidate is a certified Journeyman Pipefitter with proven leadership experience in industrial piping projects
• This position is open to both full-time employees and contractors

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead a team of pipefitters and laborers in the fabrication and assembly of pressure piping modules.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, industry codes (e.g., ASME, CSA), and safety regulations.
• Monitor and enforce safe work practices, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage material and equipment resources to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, labor hours, and material usage.

Qualifications:

• Must be a certified Journeyman Pipefitter (Red Seal or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pipefitting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role in industrial piping or module assembly.
• Strong knowledge of pressure piping systems, fabrication techniques, and industry standards (e.g., ASME B31.3).
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct crews.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial construction.
• Ability to work in a high-demand environment and manage multiple priorities.
